OUR STORY
.Resilient Reins Rescue RRR horses are supported directly by your generous donations.
All of our horses are cared for daily by our founder and our incredibly special and dedicated few of Immensly wonderful individuals. and our love of the horses creates the backbone of the Board of Directors of Resilient Reins Rescue (RRR)
The rescue was initially inspired and formed due to a number of horses and other animals locally which were displaced by devastating wildfires.. Resilient Reins has now evolved to become the home of former dude string horses, retired ex racing thouroughbreds and saddlebred trotting champion horses, brood mares saved from the slaughter pipeline, Pregnant mares and their unborn foals. Our horses are the epitome of Resilience. RRR has since become the safe haven and home for horses from many different backgrounds. Some horses from horrible Abuse and neglect cases, Some horses from relocating but loving and supportive previous owners who only want their horses to thrive and continue to receive love and care throughout their days.
Horses are sensient beings, horses are our constant confidants, always a safe place, no judgement, unconditional love and adoraction. Horses are the embodiment of strength, power and resilience.
Horses are healers and mirrors to our soul.
Much growth lay in the future of Resilient Reins Rescue including the development of an Equine Assisted Therapy Program. as well as Integrated Equine Bodywork Program. The rescue is excited to be entering the certification process, exciting programs will be coming soon that will benefit the incredible horse and human connection.
